Executive Assistant
A self-motivated, systematic and customer service oriented Executive Assistant is wanted for a growing real estate team. This person must be someone who has a desire to truly be part of a team and takes ownership and pride in what they do.
Experience:
- Real estate license strongly desired
- Experience working in a residential real estate office a strong plus
- Executive assistant to a sales or business executive.
- Significant computer training and/or skills.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Experience as an agent's assistant, mortgage processor or settlement processor helpful
Skills:
- Self motivated
- Able to communicate with a wide variety of people.
- Strong organizational abilities and process oriented
- Must be able to devise and implement systems
- Must be very detail oriented & have the ability to multi task
- Bookkeeping skills a plus, but not required.
- Excellent computer skills a must with Microsoft Office programs
- Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher.
- Expericence with Salesforce.com a plus

Job Tasks:
- Manage the Agents and keep them operating in their 20%
- Manage transaction processing from contact to post-settlement
- Document and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, client relationship management and back office operations. Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making recommendations and revisions as needed.
- Maintaining all financial systems. This includes maintaining the books, paying bills, payroll, assuring the collection of commissions and generating financial reports.
- Serves as the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries.
- Design and create marketing materials.
