Rick's area of expertise is condominiums in Arlington and surrounding areas. He works with numerous clients in the capacity of a buyer's agent, listing agent and investor advisor. Rick is a licensed broker in Virginia, received his Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2007 and his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) in 2006.

Prior to his career in real estate, Rick worked many years in the corporate consulting field with firms including Coopers and Lybrand, IBM and Perot Systems Corporation. Rick brings the same dedication and level of service to his clients in real estate as he did to his corporate clients. Rick received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from George Washington University.

Rick has lived in Arlington for the past 14 years in the neighborhoods of Rosslyn, Ballston and currently in Clarendon. In a condo, of course.

Susan brings over 11 years experience in real estate to the team. She keeps the contract processing going smoothly for a timely settlement.
